Works well on my Samsung but not iPhone. Initially I struggled a bit when I was trying to get it to work on my iPhone. But when I tried to set it up on samsung it works instantly. First off, the instruction is very unclear. Don’t use that comes with the package but follows the guide from the app. Second off, make sure your device is charged up and set up in the desired connection mode.

The camera cost less than $5, wasn’t expecting much. The instructions were cryptic. They did point me to this app. Was surprised to see so many negative reviews. Connect directly to the cam, set your wifi network and password. Dont long press the mode button, it resets to factory. Once connected, open the app from anywhere and see what it sees. app works for cams with infrared though the one I got doesn’t have night vis. Click connect fast enough to avoid ads. Excellent Not sure the individuals name. These are exact guidelines she gave. 1. Must have spare phone at home to keep cameras connected. 2. Cameras must stay connected to USB cord. 3. Follow the steps on manual, YouTube. Haven’t gad say issues. I hope this helps, eill keep updated. Don’t sleep on these cameras, the videos are so damn clear.

Well, when I had this camera it worked just fine and the update.The only problem is I couldn’t give it to connect to the wifi so it would just be temporarily direct connected to the camera until I disconnected the phone and then the camera would shut off

I recorded videos in my Android, unfortunately I cannot find ways to transfer it to USB.. when I reset the camera, I lost all the recordings.. is there any way to recover those videos?
